Products

Electronic Financial Counseling System - A paperless web based application allowing frontline staffs at hospitals to provide accurate financial counseling information to patients prior to admission. The system takes care of the 4-tier subsidy policy instituted by the Ministry of Health, and in the near future, to integrate the upcoming Means Testing policy into the pricing structure. The system also includes digital authorization, Medisave claim management, and integrates with various institutions' backend system for more seamless operation. Our solutions are deployed in various versions across the hospitals to suit individual institution's requirements, but constantly undergoing upgrades to stay in-line with the Ministry's policy. In short, it's a nimble system that is always ready to evolve with the needs of the users.

Medifund Assistance System - A paperless web based application that allows the Medical Social Service branch in hospitals to manage their cases as well as the dispersal of Medifund to needy patients. This is the most sophisticated deployed solution we have in the healthcare sector. It comprises several interfaces with the hospital's financial system to control employment of Medifund to assist patients as well as tabling of bills quarterly for Medifund Committee approval. It provides a seamless workflow from referral of patients to MSW, case management, reporting, statistics, and all the way to the Medifund Committee. In short, every aspect of the social worker's process is integrated in the system. Upcoming enhancements to the system currently on the drawing board include employment of the system at a cluster level to facilitate exchange of information within hospitals to prevent duplication of work, as well as to improve on the accuracy in targeting needy patients. Means Testing will also be introduced shortly. The roadmap of the system goes inline with the health ministry's vision of sharing healthcare data to improve the efficiency of our healthcare service.
